How We Use Your Information

To register and verify you as a delivery partner
To assign laundry pickup and delivery tasks
To track your live location during active deliveries
To share your location with customers for order tracking

Location Data — Important

Your live GPS location is tracked during active deliveries only
This location is shared with the customer to enable real-time order tracking
Location tracking stops once the delivery is marked as complete
Location is not tracked in the background when no delivery is active
Location is not tracked when the app is closed

🔴 Note: During an active delivery, your real-time location is visible to the customer who placed the order, for tracking purposes only.

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share data only as needed to deliver our service:

Customers: Your name, phone, and live location shared during active delivery
Laundry Shops: Your assignment details shared for order coordination
Firebase (Google): Secure data storage and push notifications

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications:

New delivery assigned
Order pickup ready at laundry shop
Order status updates
Delivery confirmation alerts

You can disable notifications anytime via your device settings.

Data Security

All data stored on Firebase Firestore with strict security rules
HTTPS encryption for all data transmission including live location
Access restricted to authorized users only
Location data transmitted securely and not stored permanently
Regular security reviews of our systems

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your delivery partner account is active. Upon deletion request:

Personal data deleted within 30 days
Delivery history retained for 1 year for legal/tax compliance
Live location data is not permanently stored after delivery completion

Children's Privacy
